Caring for Horses in the Rain | Why Horse Care Is a Spiritual Practice

Caring for horses asks us to show up, even in the rain, to move slowly, and to listen.

Every morning is an act of presence and an invitation to meet the moment as it is. It is a way to open the heart, awaken intuition, and walk the hero’s journey beside the herd.

Through daily rhythm, we learn responsibility, patience, intuition, and devotion. This is how the heart opens through service, and how intuition awakens through consistency.

The horses feel everything, and they teach us how to stay steady, even when the skies are heavy.

Filmed at Starr Horse Retreats near Lake Tahoe.
