In this free liberty meditation with the horses, something extraordinary happened.
Ivy Aurora, one of our herd’s most intuitive mares, slowly circled Alice twice as she sat cross-legged in the center of the yard. After some time, Alice began shaking—uncontrollably, yet peacefully—while Ivy gently walked away. Her part was done.
I sat nearby holding space, and even I felt spontaneous movement in my body. Ivy’s medicine had rippled through us all.
