Week 3 comes to a close at Starr Horse Retreats.
After a beautiful morning of trail rides, the group gathers for a Temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge ceremony, followed by rewriting personal narratives in the tipi.
The day completes with a flower bath, offering a moment of integration, release, and renewal.
