Rancho Rico

Rancho Rico is our second retreat located two hours from Tahoe and Reno. This venue is on 88 acres of riverfront property with a 29-acre irrigated, productive field. The Walker River snakes throughout the property and is perfect for tubing, rafting, and fishing.

The property is designed to host large gatherings and boasts multiple entertaining areas, including: 

• 200 square foot living quarters in the barn loft, with a kitchen and bath (with copper tub), and a wrap-around deck. for stargazing at night and gatherings during the day. 

• A 30-foot pavilion for yoga, speaking engagements, and performances.

• Cabana lounge, with gas fire pit, overlooking the river.

• Outdoor spa with a massage table and seating.

• Outdoor bathtub for 6, and terraced lavender garden.

• Old-time saloon with poker table, copper top bar, piano, and upstairs sleeping loft.

• Outdoor kitchen area with flagstone courtyard, a French fountain surrounded by stone seating, and an 8-foot outdoor shower featuring an original, tile mosaic.

• Authentic Tipi that sleeps 8.

• Wet bar made from recycled wine bottles.

• Multiple fire rings for campfire gatherings.

• Adult-sized swing set.

• Multiple spaces for RVs, including three 50-amp shore power hookups.
