During childhood, she practiced ballet, tap, hip-hop, gymnastics, and competitive cheerleading. When she was 14, she found yoga while practicing at a local gym. Experiencing Ah-Ha moments during her public practice guided her self study and to become an instructor. At age 17 she transformed in herself her first RYT 200 training in Chicago before heading off to college. She attended the University of Missouri for a BA in Audio Engineering and Lyric Writing. While at MU she instructed meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga to students and staff members. She also was on the board of the MU mindfulness organization called BREATHE. Organizing wellness events and talks on and off campus. After graduating college, she moved to Santa Cruz. Instructing locally and for private clients until moving to Silicon Valley to instruct for Canyon Ranch in Woodside, CA. After her time there, she moved to Lake Tahoe where she resides now. Her love for the mountains and outdoor sports called her home.
