About the event
Gaia is another word for Earth. At our Gaia Gathering, we celebrate our Mother Earth! Gaia Gathering facilitates information sharing and healing modalities with live music, river tubing, costumes, and camping under the stars.
Leave No Trace: Take all your trash and belongings with you when you leave. We don't want any donations, broken things, popped inner tubes or food supplies. Please do a walkthrough of the property before you leave to make sure all items are leaving with you.
Fire Control: Fire art prohibited and fires limited to designated fire rings only. We are in a dry desert so we all have to be careful about fire safety.
This is a camping event so bring food, a tent, RV, or car to sleep in, and bring all the supplies you will need. We provide campsites, porta-potties, drinking water, electricity, showers, stargazing deck, and great people.
Bring your earth/body conscious products and concoctions to sell. Set up your canopies/booths/tables to offer healing services or other products to help us all heal and thrive. Bring cash and come prepared to support each other!
Costumes: Wear wings, masks, feather, capes, and hats. We will shoot footage at the Gaia Gathering to use for a movie so come in full regalia! It can be any style you want, but remember that it gets hot during the day and may get chilly at night. Also, remember to wear closed-toe shoes for the ranch. Glowing clothes at night work great too.
Facilitate a Segment: If you have a service or modality that resonates with mindfulness, environmental responsibility, magic, enlightenment, or healing, please let us know so that we can schedule you in the calendar.
Art Cars, ATVs, and Bikes
Bring an art car to circle the field before the Saturday night Burn. Drive slow past camps to keep the dust down and stay on the paths. Bicycles work great for getting around too.
