About Troy Fontana

Troy Fontana is a breathwork practitioner, teacher, facilitator, and coach. He has an MBA and two decades of experience with over 10,000 hours of teaching and healing. He teaches in his mastermind group, at the college level, and at many events.

Troy discovered the powers associated with breathwork early in his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. He learned how a relationship with the breath can influence our emotional states and even bring us to greater consciousness. Now he teaches the Bodhi Method, an emotional and somatic healing modality using breath. He offers highly effective breathing, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Polarity Therapy Techniques, and Hands-On Tapping and Somatic Techniques.

His early years as a practitioner were filled with highs and lows, which inevitably led to his own healing journey. He was led to work with shamanic healers and "teaching" plants, like Ayahuasca and Huachuma (San Pedro). These experiences opened him up to the beauty of going inward to heal our greatest wounds and taught him how to release the trauma that gets stored in our bodies.
